Littles Dreamerz Return & Refund Policy
Your Satisfaction Guaranteed: At Littles Dreamerz, we prioritize your satisfaction and safety. Our return and refund policy is designed to offer you a secure and straightforward shopping experience.
14 -Day Return Policy: You have 14 days from receiving your item to initiate a return. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, tagged, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
COVID-19 Precautions: In light of COVID-19, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of items that have been opened, used, or tampered with. This policy is a commitment to the health and safety of our community.
Initiating a Return: To begin the return process, please contact us at info@littlesdreamerz.com with your order details. We will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions on how to proceed.
Return Options:
- Prepaid Shipping Returns: Opt for our hassle-free prepaid shipping. A pre-paid shipping label will be provided, but the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Self-Service Returns: You may also return the item at your own expense for a full product refund once processed.
Please note, returns without prior notification or an RMA number will not be accepted.
Damages and Incorrect Orders: Upon receipt, please inspect your order for any defects, damages, or discrepancies. Contact us immediately for a swift resolution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable products, or gases. Returns on discounted items or gift cards are also not accepted.
Exchanges and Store Credit:
- If an exchange is needed, please return the original item. After acceptance, you can place a new order.
- In certain situations, such as unavailable items or unique circumstances, we may provide a refund via store credit in the form of a Littles Dreamerz E-Gift Code.
- Store credits are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned items.
- Please note that the decision for store credit is at the discretion of our team, based on inventory and the specific case.
Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll inform you about the status of your refund. If approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that refund processing times vary by payment providers.
